It is within walking distance from the train Station San Pietro and therefore connected to the Fiumicino airport, the railway station Termini and the main touristic places in the City: Fontana di Trevi, Piazza di Spagna, the Colosseo and the Foro Romano, making this apartment an excellent choice for those who want to visit the most important touristic spots whilst staying in a residential neighbourhood. Close to the apartment there are also many shops.

The apartment is composed by a living room with a double sofabed (180x140 cm), a completely equipped kitchen, 2 big bedrooms with a Queen sized bed each, an ensuite bathroom in each bedroom (one with a shower and one with a bathtub), and one small bed room without window (of 9 square metres) with a single bed.
The apartment also includes a flat screen with satellite TV showing the main international networks, a DVD player with a selected list of best sellers movies, a microwave, an iron and an ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, a hairdryer.
The apartment has FULL AIR CONDITIONING.

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels. Pets are not allowed.
Tourist tax (not included in the price):
2 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.

 

Security deposit:

A security deposit of Euro 150 in local currency is strictly required. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order. If you check in later than 23:00 (11:00pm) you will be charged an extra fee of 30 Euro.
