The property:

The apartment, about 70 sqm, is located on the first floor of a nice and characteristic building. It is composed by: - a bedroom with king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower-box; - a spacious living room with fully equipped kitchenette. This vacation apartment is provided with air-conditioning, washing machine with dryer, dish-washer, electric oven, TV colour, indipendent heating, iron and ironing board.

The price includes:

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels. Pets are not allowed.
Tourist tax (not included in the price):
2 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.

Security deposit:

A security deposit of 200 Euro is strictly required at the time of the check-in. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order.

Please notice that if you check-in between 19:00 (7pm) and 22:00 (10pm) you will be asked to pay an extra fee of Euro 35; if you check-in between 22:00 (10pm) and 01:00 (1am) you will be asked to pay an extra fee of Euro 50; if you check-in after 01:00 (1am) you will be asked to pay an extra fee of Euro 70; For check-in on Sunday or on a holiday, you will be asked to pay an extra fee of Euro 50.
