This apartment is locatad on Via Luigi Masi, in Trastevere, one of the most typical and lively neighbourhoods in Rome, where you will find something to do at any time of day or night. The narrow streets of Trastevere are lined with hundreds of small and particular shops: books, food, clothes, shoes… but also with typical restaurants and bars of every kind. Many visitors from all over the world have fallen in love with this place, maybe because it has managed to keep its authenticity despite being so well known.
Trastevere is still a favourite place of many artists, musicians and actors, and its magical atmosphere - which enriches the historic buildings and picturesque streets and squares in an unique way - will leave hardly anyone untouched.
As for public transport, tram no. 8 stops close by and takes you directly to Largo Argentina, the heart of the historical centre between Piazza Navona and Campo de’Fiori, in only a few minutes. From this apartment you can reach the Forum Romanum, the Coliseum, the Pantheon and Piazza Navona in 10-15 minutes by tram and supplementary 25-30 minutes on foot.

The property:

This apartment is located on the ground-floor (please note that you will need to climb a few steps to access the building entrance door) and faces the inside courtyard, that is why it is very quiet, despite being very central. The apartment is also rather cool, even in the summer.
The apartment is composed by a small entrance (without windows) with a kitchenette (provided with a sink, a fridge, a microwave and two hot plates), a living-room with a double sofa-bed, a bedroom with a queen sized bed and a bathroom with a bathtub.
The apartment is provided with a radio/CD player, italian TV and an iron with ironing board.
The size of this apartment is barely 40 square metres.
