This apartment is located in Via del Moro, in Trastevere, a lively, well-known neighbourhood in Rome.
The whole neighbourhood is filled with shops, restaurants, pubs and pizzeria, which makes this a perfect area to go out at any time of the day or the night. Trastevere seems to have a special magnet that attracts people from all over the world, and is the favourite Roman Quarter for artists, musicians, actors and people who seek something new. Its colourful personality never leaves you untouched. The Roman Forum, Coliseum, Pantheon, Piazza Navona and more sites are all within walking distance.
As for public transportation, there is a tram (8) stop that will take you directly to Largo argentina, and the rest of the historic centre.

The property:

This apartment is located on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 16th Century building by the noble Ruggeri family. The apartment has wooden beamed ceilings and has a  window that opens right on Via del Moro.
The apartment is composed by a main room with a double bed and a single sofa bed, a kitchnette, one bathroom with shower. The apartment is provided with TV (TV only in Italian) and AIR CONDITIONING. The size of the apartment is roughly 20 square metres.

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels. Pets are allowed.

Tourist tax (not included in the price):
2 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not applicable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.
