This apartment is located on Via Attilio Mori in the lively district of Pigneto, between Via Casilina and Via Prenestina,  an area in the East of Rome, where visitors get very rarely. Staying in this area will allow you to get a taste of how modern Romans truly live!
The apartment is in the Pigneto area, a neighbourhood that is very well known amongst artists and people who seek something different - especially during the night!
The Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano, from where a more ancient part of Rome extends northwards, is at only 15 minutes on foot.
The area includes everything that you may need (tobacco shops, grocery stores, coffee bars, restaurants, supermarket, etc) as well as good public transportation: day and night buses and trolley stops (10 minutes from the apartment on Piazzale Prenestino)   will take you directly to the city centre - you'll be at Termini in barely 15 minutes (Line 105 for Termini Station, Line 810 for the Basilica di San Giovanni in Lterano, Colosseo, Fori Imperiali, Piazza Venezia..)

It is composed by an entrance, a living room with a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a balcony.
The apartment includes  2 TV HD (only Italian channels), a microwave, a phon and a  washing machine.
The apartment size is about 60 square metres.

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels.
Pets are not allowed.

Tourist tax (not included in the price):
2 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.

Security deposit:

A security deposit of 200 Euro is strictly required at the time of the check-in. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order.
