The surrounding area:

The apartment is located on Via Oderisi da Gubbio, in the northern part of the Trastevere area, close to Viale Marconi area; on the other side of the Tiber river, there is EUR neighbourhood.
Viale Marconi, a large street full of shops, has a cosmopolitan atmosphere that has little (or nothing) to do with the typical tourist places that you can find sometimes in other parts of the city.
On Sunday morning, close the apartment (1 km) there is the famous “Porta Portese Market” one of the “marchè aux puces” more famous in the world.
Public transportation: the Bus stop is at 50 mt. from the apartment, to reach the Trastevere Station and the Tram stop (number 8) that takes you directly to Trastevere and Largo Argentina and from there you can reach the city centre in a short walk (Campo de´Fiori, Piazza Navona...). The bus line 170 reaches Piazza Venezia and the Termini main railway station. The Trastevere Station is distant only 10 minutes walk, which is very handy for those arriving from Fiumicino Airport (from there you have a direct train connection).
From Trastevere Station starts every 15 minutes the urban train of Rome, very usefull to reach S.Peters and Piazza del Popolo (Babuino, villa Borghese). Bus line number 3 (that stops in front of  Trastevere Station) leads on FAO, Aventino and Valle Giulia, Circo Massimo and Coliseum.

The property:

This apartment is located on the 4th floor (lift available, but 4 steps to climb at the entrance).
The apartment is composed by a  kitchen with dining table, a bedroom with a Queen size bed, a bedroom with a single bed (a temporary bed can be added), a bathroom with shower and a balcony.  The apartment includes air conditioning, a TV  (Italian TV only),  an iron with ironing board and a microwave.
The size of the apartment is about 70 sqm.

The price includes:

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels. Small pets are allowed (extra fee 5 euro per day).
Tourist tax (not included in the price):
2 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.

Security deposit:

A security deposit of 200 Euro is strictly required at the time of the check-in. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order.

If you check-in after 22:00 (10p.m.) you wil be asked to pay an extra fee of Euro 50.
