This apartment is located on Via della Panetteria, a street just south of Piazza di Spagna, and is only a few steps away from one of Rome’s most fascinating monuments, the Trevi Fountain: The largest and most ambitious of the baroque fountains of Rome.
Close by this unique location are many more of the most famous monuments, squares and streets of Rome - the Pantheon, Piazza Venezia, Campo de’Fiori, Piazza Navona, the Capitol, the Roman Forum, the Colosseum, Via del Corso, Piazza del Popolo, Villa Borghese, Villa Medici and Via Veneto. This is one of the most fascinating and exciting areas of Rome, and you will be able to find a wide range of bars and restaurants close to your apartment, especially near Piazza Navona and Campo de’Fiori, and in the side streets of Via del Corso (which starts on Piazza del Popolo and ends on Piazza Venezia, both at walking distance from the apartment).
Via del Corso is also a favourite shopping street for Romans and visitors alike when it comes to clothing and accessories, providing a varied relatively inexpensive shopping experience. Furthermore, all the most famous and exclusive Italian and international brands, from Bulgari to Cartier, Valentino, Prada and Versace, have stores in and around Via Condotti, close to Piazza di Spagna.
As for public transportation, the apartment is 10 minutes on foot from two Line A metro stations: “Spagna” or “Barberini”. It is also well served with bus lines. The main train station Termini is easily reachable, at only two underground stops from the “Barberini” metro station.

The property:

This studio-apartment is located on the ground floor of an 18th century building. It is quite bright and very quiet.  In the same building 2 other apartments: (click here to view apartment 1) and (click here to view apartment 2) You may decide to book one, two or three of these apartments, so as to bring a party of up to 12 persons.
The studio comprises two twin beds (that can be transformed in a double bed), a double sofa bed (please note that this sofa bed may be a little small for two adults, but it is perfect for 1 adult or 2 children), and a  kitchenette. The bathroom has a shower-stall.
The studio-apartment is provided with air conditioning, autonomous heating and a Satellite TV.
The size of the studio-apartment is approximately 40 sqm.

The price includes:

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels.
Tourist tax (not included in the price):
2 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.

Security deposit:

A security deposit of 150 Euro in local currency is strictly required. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order. Please notice that if you check-in between 19:00 (7pm) and 22:00 (10pm) you will be asked to pay an extra fee of Euro 35; if you check-in between 22:00 (10pm) and 01:00 (1am) you will be asked to pay an extra fee of Euro 50; if you check-in after 01:00 (1am) you will be asked to pay an extra fee of Euro 70; For check-in on Sunday or on a holiday, you will be asked to pay an extra fee of Euro 50.
