This apartment is located in Via Parrasio, between Trastevere (a lively, well-known neighbourhood in Rome) and the suburban neighbourhood of Monteverde Vecchio area.
Monteverde is one of the oldest neighbourhoods in Rome, usually preferred by upper middle class Romans who want to live in a quiet area, away from the hustle of the centre.
This apartment is just a couple of km away from the hubble-bubble of Trastevere night life but still in an excellent location, very close to the Trastevere train station (connections with Fiumicino airport and San Peters-Vatican and Termini train Station)
As for public transportation, there is a tram (number 8) stop that will take you directly to Largo Argentina, and the rest of the historic centre. The Pantheon, campo dei Fiori, Piazza Navona  are all at a 10 minutes tram ride. From Largo Argentina you'll be able to reach all the important sites in Rome:  the Roman Forum, the Coliseum, the Vatican and more sites
On Viale Trastevere there are many shops, supermarkets, restaurants and pizzerie.
On Sunday morning, just below the house there is the famous “Porta Portese Market” one of the “marchè aux puces” more famous in the world.

The property:

This  apartment is located on the ground floor but with a terrace (on a split level).
The apartment is composed by an entrance, a bedroom with a Queen size bed,  a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. An extra single bed can be added. The apartment includes AIR CONDITIONING, a TV set (TV only in Italian), a washing machine, a dishwasher, an hairdryer.
The size of the apartment is about 60 square metres.

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels.
Pets are not allowed.
Tourist tax (not included in the price):
2 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.

Security deposit:

A security deposit of 150 Euro is strictly required at the time of the check-in. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order.
