The surrounding area:

The apartment is located on Via del Portico d'Ottavia, in the historic centre between Campo di Fiori, Trastevere, and the Roman Forum, in the Jewish District. It is one of the most historic areas of the old city.
The area is mainly residential, and is home to many interesting restaurants and trattorias. Transport is adequate but almost every site in Rome is within a short walking distance from the apartment.

The property:

The apartment is located on the ground floor of an ancient building, which was formerly a convent.
The apartment has been fully renovated and furnished in a modern and characteristic style.
The entrance door opens on a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a dining area. From the living room can be accessed a small bathroom with a modern shower and a nice courtyard where you will be able to take your meals during the warm season. There is also a small bedroom with a Queen sized bed.
An extra bed is available for a 5th guest. Please note that this extra bed can either be placed in the living room or in the bedroom, but thus reducing space and privacy. 
The apatment is provided with air conditioning, an oven, a washing machine and a hairdryer.
The size of the apartment is about 60 square metres, plus the garden of about 10 square metres.

The price includes:

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels.
Tourist tax (not included in the price):
2 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.

Security deposit:

A security deposit of 200 Euro in local currency is strictly required. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order. Please notice that if you check-in after 21:00 (9pm) you will be asked to pay an extra fee of Euro 30.
