Located above Piazza del Popolo, to the east, you will find the Villa Borghese gardens, constituting the second largest public park in Rome. This park starts spectacularly at “Il Pincio”, a fantastic terrace offering some of the best views over Rome, at only 5 minutes on foot from Piazza del Popolo. From “Il Pincio”, this magical park extends itself over 80 hectares to the east, and contains a number of historic buildings, as well as the renowned Villa Borghese itself: An art gallery exhibiting one of the most important collections of ancient and renaissance art in Rome.
Walking in a south-east direction from Piazza del Popolo, down Via del Babuino, you can reach Piazza di Spagna with the famous Spanish Steps and the church Trinità dei Monti in less than 10 minutes.

This apartment is located on the ground floor. It has been tastefully decorated and includes a very nice patio.
The apartment is divided in 2 levels. The lower level is composed of a living room with a wide single sofa bed (good for 2 children or 1 adult), a completely equipped kitchen, a dining room, a veranda, a patio, a bathroom with a tub and a bedroom with a Queen sized bed.
The upper level is composed of a bedroom with a Queen sized bed, a den with a single sofa bed (good for 2 children or 1 adult) and a bathroom with a tub.
The apartment includes a TV set (TV only in Italian), a washing machine, a dishwasher, a toaster, an iron and an ironing board.
The size of the apartment is about 200 square metres, plus the patio (90 square metres).

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, fresh linen and towels.
Tourist tax (not included in the price):
2 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.

Security deposit:

A security deposit of 200 Euro in local currency is strictly required. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order. Please notice that if you check-in between 19:00 (7pm) and 22:00 (10pm) you will be asked to pay an extra fee of Euro 35; if you check-in between 22:00 (10pm) and 01:00 (1am) you will be asked to pay an extra fee of Euro 50; if you check-in after 01:00 (1am) you will be asked to pay an extra fee of Euro 70; For check-in on Sunday or on a holiday, you will be asked to pay an extra fee of Euro 50.
