From this apartment you can reach the Forum Romanum, the Coliseum, the Pantheon and Piazza Navona in 10 minutes by tram and supplementary 25-30 minutes on foot.

This apartment is located on the 6th floor (lift available).
The apartment is composed by an entrance with a kitchenette which opens on the living-room with a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed, 1 bedroom with a Queen size bed, 1 bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and a TERRACE (that can be accessed both from the double bedroom and the living-room).
The apartment is provided with AIR CONDITIONING, a TV set (Italian Tv only), a radio, a washing-machine and an iron.
The size of the apartment is about 50 square metres, plus the 15 square metres terrace. 

The price includes:

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels. Pets are not allowed.
Tourist tax (not included in the price):
2 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.

Security deposit:

A security deposit of 200 Euro in local currency is strictly required. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order.
