The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels. Pets are not allowed.
Tourist tax (not included in the price):
2 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.

Security deposit:

A security deposit of 150 Euro is strictly required at the time of the check-in. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order. Please notice that if you arrive between 20:00 (8 pm) and 23:00 (11pm) you will be asked to pay an extra fee of 50 Euro. If you arrive after 23:00 (11pm) you will be asked to pay an extra fee of 70 Euro.
