This apartment is located on Lungotevere R. Sanzio, in Trastevere, a lively, well-known neighbourhood in Rome. The whole neighbourhood is filled with shops, restaurants, pubs and pizzeria, which makes this a perfect area to go out at any time of the day or the night. Trastevere seems to have a special magnet that attracts people from all over the world, and is the favourite Roman Quarter for artists, musicians, actors and people who seek something new. Its colourful personality never leaves you untouched. The apartment is located in a quiet area despite being in the heart of Trastevere. The Roman Forum, Coliseum, Pantheon, Piazza Navona and more sites are all within walking distance.
As for public transportation, there is a tram (trolley number 8) stop that will take you directly to Largo argentina, and the rest of the historic centre.

The property:

This apartment is located between the ground floor and the first floor of an elegant typical Trasteverino building (10 stairs to climb, lift unavailable). The apartment has been decorated with taste, and includes many special features (antique furniture, frecoes on the walls and glass tables!). There are usually many people in front of the apartment, on Piazza Trilussa, during the late evening and the night (especially during the weekend!), so double-glassed windows have been installed to prevent too much noise from coming in.
The apartment is composed by a living room with antique furniture and a piano, a dining room, a completely equipped kitchen, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bedroom with a single bed and a Queen-sized bed (on a loft), a den with a double sofa bed, a storeroom, a bathroom with a shower and a bathroom with a tub.
The apartment includes a piano, a TV set (TV only in Italian), a washing machine, a microwave, an iron and an ironing board.
The size of the apartment is about 130 square metres.

Tourist tax (not included in the price):
2 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.

Security deposit:

A security deposit of 150 Euro in local currency is strictly required. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order. Please notice that if you check-in between 19:00 (7pm) and 22:00 (10pm) you will be asked to pay an extra fee of Euro 35; if you check-in between 22:00 (10pm) and 01:00 (1am) you will be asked to pay an extra fee of Euro 50; if you check-in after 01:00 (1am) you will be asked to pay an extra fee of Euro 70; For check-in on Sunday or on a holiday, you will be asked to pay an extra fee of Euro 50.
