The Roman Forum, Coliseum, Pantheon, Piazza Navona and more sites are all within walking distance.
As for public transportation, there is a tram (trolley number 8) stop that will take you directly to Largo argentina, and the rest of the historic centre.

The apartment, about 50 sqm, is on the first floor of a characteristic building with no elevator.
It is composed by:
- a bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower-box; - a living room with a comfortable double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette. The apartment is provided with air conditioning, TV colour and washing machine. It comes complete with linens and towels; the heating is independent.

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels.
Tourist tax (not included in the price):
2 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.

Security deposit:

A security deposit of 150 Euro in local currency is strictly required. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order. Please notice that if you check-in between 19:00 (7pm) and 22:00 (10pm) you will be asked to pay an extra fee of Euro 35; if you check-in between 22:00 (10pm) and 01:00 (1am) you will be asked to pay an extra fee of Euro 50; if you check-in after 01:00 (1am) you will be asked to pay an extra fee of Euro 70; For check-in on Sunday or on a holiday, you will be asked to pay an extra fee of Euro 50.
