This apartment is located on Via degli Scipioni. Only a few steps from Piazza del Risorgimento - which is the last part of “modern Rome” before Vatican City - and equally close to the beginning of Via Cola di Rienzo, one of the most acclaimed and bustling shopping streets in Rome, leading east, right up to Piazza del Popolo, this apartment is in a magnificent location. On foot you can easily reach Vatican City, the Vatican Museums, the Necropolis, Piazza San Pietro, Castel Sant’Angelo and all the sites that the Vatican City offers. The Line A metro station “Ottaviano-San Pietro” is at only a stone's throw from the apartment, as well as the bus stations on Piazza del Risorgimento, through which countless bus lines run, and so the entire city is practically at your doorstep: The famous Piazza di Spagna is only 3 metro-stops away, and from there you can easily access the Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona, the Trevi Fountain and Campo de' Fiori. The residential neighbourhood of Prati begins just north of this apartment, and offers a different roman experience: Calm and quiet, and therefore the home of many Romans, this neighbourhood offers many characteristic shops and some of the best local restaurants frequented by residents, as well as bars and cinemas, in a typically european urban setting. As mentioned above, the apartment is at barely 50 metres from the Line A metro station “Ottaviano-San Pietro”, and the numerous bus lines running through Piazza del Risorgimento will take you virtually anywhere in the city.
The property:
This spacious and well laid-out apartment is located on the 4th floor (lift available). The apartment is composed by a master bedroom with a queen sized bed, a second bedroom with a queen sized bed (which may be converted into two twin beds), a living room with a double sofa bed, a well equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with tub, and a separate spot with sinks for extra privacy. The apartment includes a TV set (only Italian channels), a microwave and a washing machine. The size of the apartment is approximately 100 sqm.

Security deposit:
A security deposit of Euro 150 in local currency is strictly required. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order.
