As for public transportation, the Spagna Metro stop (Line A) is right behind the square, and there are several minibuses that run through Via del Corso. You also have the entrances to the car park (parkSì) in Villa Borghese close by. The accommodation is close to a taxi rank and bus stops.
You can also reach Trinità dei Monti and the Pincio (Borghese Gardens) by taking the lift inside the entrance to the Metro, without having to walk up the Spanish Steps.

The property:

The apartment includes one bedroom with closet space and a queen sized bed, one bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet, a kitchen, a balcony with a charming view over the roofs and domes of the churches of the city centre, a dining room with a single sofa bed, a comfortable living room equipped with a large sofa-bed for two. There is also one extra single fold-up bed.
This apartment is provided with autonomous heating, washing machine, satellite TV, a small stereo system (with a radio, cassette and CD player), free broadband internet access (without computer, you should bring your own laptop), microwave, air conditioning, an iron and ironing board.
The size of the apartment is roughly 90 square metres.

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels. Pets are not allowed.

Tourist tax (not included in the price):
2 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights. 

 

Security deposit:

A security deposit of 300 Euro is strictly required at the time of the check-in. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order.

Please note that if you check-in after 21:00 (09:00 p.m.) or on an Italian holiday (which include all Sundays, Easter, Easter monday, August 15th, December 25th, December 26th, January 1st, January 6th, April 25th, May 1st, June 2nd, June 29th, November 1st, December 8th...) you will be asked to pay 40 Euro extra.
