Trastevere seems to have a special magnet that attracts people from all over the world, and is the favourite Roman Quarter for artists, musicians, actors and people who seek something new. Its colourful personality never leaves you untouched. It is located a few metres away from Isola Tiberina. 30 minutes walking from the Roman Forum, Coliseum, Pantheon, Piazza Navona in front of Tiberina Island in the very historic district of Rome. Via Ripense is a quiet little street. Within walking distance from all the most important historical buildings and sites and the best shopping both for designer clothes and gourmet food.

This apartment is located on the 3rd floor (with lift).
The apartment is composed by two large double bedrooms (about 25 square metres each), one with a Queen size bed and one with twin beds. Both bedrooms have an extra single bed for a 5th and a 6th person. The apartment also has a kitchen and two bathrooms with a shower each.
This apartment includes a TV set (TV only in Italian), microwave, two fans, iron and iron board.
The size of the apartment is 75 square metres.

The price includes:

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels. There are no further costs or hidden costs to consider. Pets are allowed (free of charge).
Tourist tax (not included in the price):
2 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.

Security deposit:

A security deposit of 150 Euro in local currency is strictly required. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order. Please notice that if you check in between 24:00 and 06:30 you will have to pay an extra fee of Euro 50. For check-out, between 24:00 and 06:30 you can either pay the extra fee or leave the keys in the apartment and check-out on your own. The deposit will be then refunded to you by bank wire the following morning, providing everything is in order. Eventual bank charges are to be paid by the client and will be deducted from the deposit.
