It is located in the lively neighbourhood of Garbatella, in front of the historic Teatro del Palladium and a short walk away from the Basilica di San Paolo, Terme di Caracalla, Casa del Jazz, Catacombe.
The apartment is also very close to the Testaccio area, a district filled with colourful bars, shops and entertainment possibilities where people of all ages can enjoy themselves.
The bus stop that takes you to Piazza Venezia and the Metro stop (Line B) for Colosseo/Termini is barely a 10-minute walk away.

This apartment is located on the 2nd floor (lift available). It is very bright.
The apartment is composed by a living room with 2 double sofa beds (one of which can be divided into 2 single beds), a completely equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with a Queen sized bed each and 2 bathrooms with a shower each. There are also 2 small balconies.
The apartment includes Satellite TV, Internet (ADSL), a washing machine, AIR CONDITIONING, a microwave, a toaster, an iron and an ironing board.
The size of the apartment is about 90 square metres, plus the balconies (15 square metres).

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels. Pets are not allowed.
Tourist tax (not included in the price):
2 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.

Security deposit:

A security deposit of Euro 250 in local currency is strictly required. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order.

In case of check-in after 22:00 or check-out before 07:00 in the morning there is an extra fee of 50 euro.
