Val d'Orcia, awarded by the Unesco in 2004 because of its beauty, will capture you with its spectacular landscapes, the welcoming people whose families have lived there over the centuries and their great food. Not to forget their wine! Once you've tasted their Vino Nobile di Montepulciano and Brunello di Montalcino you'll wonder if there's anything better in this world! The house's location will enable you to visit some great towns that date back to the Middle Ages: Sarteano, Cortona, Montepulciano; as well as the most important cities in central Italy: Perugia (60km), Siena (75km), Arezzo (69km), Florence (110km) and Rome (120km). Since this farmhouse is right in the countryside, it may not be very easy to reach it with public transportation: we strongly reccommend the use of a car.

The property has a wonderful rural atmosphere, decorated with beautiful, typical Tuscan furniture, with all the comforts for your holiday in the countryside. The house has two levels: The lower level is composed by a living room/dining room with a double sofa bed and a chimney, a completely equipped kitchen and a bedroom with a Queen sized bed and an ensuite bathroom (with a shower). The upper level includes another living room, a bedroom with a four-poster Queen sized bed, a single sofa bed and an ensuite bathroom (with a bathtub), a bedroom with a Queen sized bed and an ensuite bathroom (with a shower) and another bedroom with a Queen sized bed and a single sofa bed, and an ensuite bathroom (with a shower). The house includes a washing machine, a dishwasher, a TV set (TV only in Italian), AIR CONDITIONIG, an iron and an ironing board. The size of the house is about 240 square metres.
