Torgiano is one of the most beautiful medieval borgo's in Italy. Originated in the Middle Ages from a castle (of which only a tower is left), it is currently very well-known for its wine (don't miss the Museum of Wine in Palazzo Baglioni!). This apartment is perfect for those who just want to lie back and relax under the Umbrian sunshine, and visit all the beautiful sites in central Italy. Enjoy your holidays! The property:
This property is located within a great Umbrian villa that includes other 2 apartments. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a small grove and a swimming pool (to be shared with the other guests, available only during the summer). The apartment is diveded in two levels: the lower floor includes a living room, a completly equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a Queen sized bed and a bathroom with a shower. The upper floor includes a living room with a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a Queen sized bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a small bed for a baby, and a bathroom with a tub. The apartment includes an oven, a washing machine, a microwave, a dishwasher, a safe, an iron and an ironing board. The size of the apartment is about 140 square metres.

The price includes gas and electricity consumption. Pets are not allowed. During the winter there is an extra fee of 80 EURO per week for the heating.The price does NOT include linen and towels : there is an extra fee of 12 EURO per person per week.
Security deposit:
A security deposit of Euro 300 in local currency is strictly required. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order.
