This apartment is located in Mestre, in Via Edmondo de Amicis. Mestre is the industrial mainland town connected to Venice by rail and road bridges over the lagoon 5 kilometer (but still part of Venice municipality). More than 220,000 people live in Mestre.
This apartment is located in a central area, so you will have no trouble finding restaurants and shops that will meet all of your needs.
Mestre has good travel connections; buses and trains between Venice and the rest of Italy almost all stop here. As for public transportation there is a bus stop barely 300 metres away from the apartment, and the main railway station is only 10 minutes away (on foot).

The open space is composed of a living room with a double sofa bed and a sleeping area  with a Queen sized bed and a single sofa bed (please notice that no walls separate the sleeping area from the living room, so there is little privacy), an equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with a whirpool bath with cromotherapy.
The loft includes a SAT LCD TV set, W-I-Fi, AIR CONDITIONING, a washing machine, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, a digital safe, an iron and an ironing board.
The size of the apartment is about 55 square metres.

Tourist tax (not included in the price): 1,2 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 9 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 5 nights.

Security deposit:

A security deposit of 300 Euro is strictly required at the time of the check-in. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order.
