The surrounding area:

This lovely studio is located next to Campo Sant'Angelo, a famous square located right between Saint Mark’s square and Rialto bridge. Piazza San Marco is probably the best known spot in town, and it is so important amongst locals that it is said that everyone who lives in Venice passes beyond San Marco at least once a day. The wonderful square in front of the cathedral, full of children who feed the birds, souvenir sellers and cafés with live music (some of which are probably the most expensive coffee bars in Italy!), is definitely a must for those who visit marco Polo's town. As you walk around it, don't forget to have a look at the Palazzo Ducale (Duke's Palace) and its Ponte dei Sospiri (Bridge of Sighs), which joins the courtroom with the ancient jail. For those who are not scared of heights, we recommend climbing the tower, which overlooks the entire town and gives you the most spectacular sights in Venice. If you prefer not to get so high, you could go for a ride on a Gondola around the Channels!
Ponte Rialto beautifully crosses the Canal Grande (Great Channel) in Venice, and people from all over the word walk over its ancient pavement on their way to San Marco, the greatest basilica in the city. As you join these people you will be able to admire the high street shops on both sides of the bridge (some of which have the best views of the Channel in Venice!) and enjoy a nice stroll across the day market, in which you may be tempted to buy some fresh fruit or some nice vegetables.

The property:

This studio is located on the 1st floor (lift unavailable) as well as 3 other apartments : (click here to view apartment 1) and (click here to view apartment 2) and (click here to view apartment 3). You may decide to book one, two or three of these apartments, so as to bring a party of up to 16 persons.
The studio has been completely renovated in a very stylish way, keeping the original wooden beamed ceiling and typical Venetian flooring.
The studio is composed by a main room with a Queen sized bed, a kitchenette, a dining area and a bathroom with a shower.
The studio includes a microwave, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a TV set (TV only in Italian), an iron and an ironing board.

For this apartment, according to the general booking conditions, in case of cancellation the reservation deposit is forfeited. However, for this apartment if you cancel 7 days before your arrival, you could use the reservation deposit for another date for the same apartment, according to the on-line prices.

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, fresh linen and towels. Pets are not allowed.

Tourist tax (not included in the price):
2,5 euro per person per night for the first 5 nights. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in.

Security deposit:

A security deposit of 200 Euro in local currency is strictly required. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order. Check-in: from 15:00 (3pm) to 20:00 (8pm) Please notice that if you check-in after 20:00 (8pm) you will be asked to pay an extra fee of Euro 50. Check-in after midnight are not authorized. In case clients are delayed, we can exceptionally make them check-in after 24:00 (midnight), and they will be asked to pay an extra fee of Euro 70. If they arrive between 01:00 (1am) and 02:00 (2am), they will be asked to pay an extra fee of Euro 100. Check-out: before 10:00 (10am).
