This apartment is located in Calle Rovereto, in the area of S. Elena.
In the area there is public park with sport facilities and playground.
The boat stop "S. Elena" is at about 50 square metres from the apartment. The boat in about 10 minutes goes to Piazza S. Marco and in about 5 minutes to Lido.
The boat lines 41,51, 61 go to/from the train station piazzale Roma in about 20 minutes, stopping also in S. Marco.
The boat line also go to Murano and Burano.
There is a pizzeria at about 30 metres from the apartment and other restaurants at about 500 metres.
A grocery store and a tabacchi are at about 50 metres from the apartment. A post office and a pharmacy at about 100 metres.

It is composed by a double bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and courtyard.
In the bedroom an extra single bed can be added. In the kitchen there is also a single sofa bed.

 

The price includes:

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels. Pets are not allowed.
Tourist tax (not included in the price): 2 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.
