The apartment is located at about 30 minutes walking (2,5 KM) from Rialto or San Marco.

This apartment is located on the ground floor. It is composed by a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom with shower. This apartment is provided with an hairdryer.

The price includes:

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels.
Pets are not allowed.
Tourist tax (not included in the price): 2 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 10 nights.

Security deposit:

A security deposit of 100 Euro is strictly required at the time of the check-in. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order.

Please note: for a check-in between 8pm-12am (midnight) you will be asked to pay an extra of 20 euro, for a check-in between 12am and 7am an extra of 50 euro.
