This apartment is located on Borgo San Frediano, in the historic neighbourhood of San Frediano. This district is located on the south of Arno River, and some of its most important attractions include Santa Maria del Carmine (originally built in Gothic-Romanic style and almost completely re-built in the 18th Century, famous for the frescoes in the Brancacci Chappel), Chiesa del Santo Spirito (started by Brunelleschi in 1444, one of the most important architects of the Toscan Renaissance) and Palazzo Pitti and the Boboli Gardens (both originally designed by Brunelleschi in 1448 on Luca Pitti's orders, the Palazzo was renovated by the Medici family in the 16th Century, and it is currently the home of various museums. The most important one of these museums is Galleria Palatina, composed by the private collection of the Granduchi family. This collection includes numerous works of art produced between the 15th and the 17th Century).

This apartment is located in a central area, so you will have no trouble finding restaurants and shops that will meet all of your needs: the entire area is full of typical restaurants, wine stores, trattorie and shops of all kinds.  

La propriété:

This apartment, that has been  renovated in 2011, is located on the 2nd floor (lift unavailable).
The apartment is composed by a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with a double bed and a loft with one extra single fold-up bed, and two bathrooms (one with shower). Please note that no wall separates the loft from the double bedroom, so there is little privacy.
The size of the apartment is roughly 70 square metres.

Le prix comprend la consommation en gaz et en lectricite', les draps et le linge de toilette.
Les animaux ne sont pas admis.

Taxe de séjour: 1 euro par personne et par nuit. Cette taxe n'est pas incluse dans les tarifs de l' appartement, et doit être payé lors de l'enregistrement, n'est pas appliable aux enfants de moins de 10 ans, et peut être appliqué pour un maximum de 10 nuits. 

Caution:

Une caution de 200 euros est requise à l'entrée dans l'appartement. Cette somme vous sera entièrement reversée à la fin de votre séjour, à condition qu'aucun dommage ne soit constaté.

Si vous arrivez après 20h00, il y a un supplément de 30 euros.
