This villa is located in a very quiet area, away from urban hustle and bustle, close to Rassina, in Casentino area, in Arezzo (Tuscany). Rassina is a very small town located on top of a hill, about 400 above the sea. If you're looking forward to a quiet holiday, this is definitely a perfect choice! You may enjoy the foods and wine of the Tuscan countryside and have a look at antique shops in Arezzo (20km away!), as well as visit some famous sites, such as Cortona, Camaldoli, Florence, Montalcino, Pienza, San Gimignano, Siena, Perugia, Assisi and Gubbio.

This completely independent villa is divided in 3 floors (lift unavailable) and has a wonderful garden. The ground floor is composed of a large entrance hall, a bedroom with a Queen sized bed and a bathroom with a shower. The first floor is composed of a living room with a terrace, a completely equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a tub and 2 bedrooms, each of which with a Queen sized bed and a single bed. The 2nd floor is composed of a den with a ping-pong table and a Queen sized bed, a bedroom with a Queen sized bed and a bathroom with a tub. The villa includes a TV set (TV only in Italian), a washing machine, a microwave, a toaster, a DVD player, an iron and an ironing board. The size of the villa is about 260 square metres, plus the garden (500 square metres).
