People of all ages gather around the beautiful fountain of Piazza di Spagna and sit on the Spanish Steps, which link the square with Trinità de' Monti. This wonderful church overlooks Piazza di Spagna and becomes spectacular in spring when the steps are covered with flowers to celebrate the end of the winter!
All the most famous and exclusive Italian and international brands, from Bulgari to Cartier, Valentino, Prada and Versace, have stores in and around Via Condotti, just a few steps away.
For those seeking more inexpensive shopping, Via del Corso (which starts on Piazza del Popolo and ends on Piazza Venezia, both at walking distance from the apartment) is a favourite for Romans and visitors alike when it comes to clothing.
As for public transportation, the Spagna Metro stop (Line A) is right behind the square, and there are several minibuses that run through Via del Corso. You also have the entrances to the car park (parkSì) in Villa Borghese close by. The accommodation is close to a taxi rank and bus stops.
You can also reach Trinità dei Monti and the Pincio (Borghese Gardens) by taking the lift inside the entrance to the Metro, without having to walk up the Spanish Steps.

This apartment is located on the 1st floor (lift available, 1 step that need to be climbed before you reach the lift), in the heart of Rome.
The apartment is composed by a living room with a double sofa bed, 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed,  a kitchenette, 1 bathroom with a shower . The apartment includes a TV set (Italian TV only), AIR CONDITIONING, autonomous heating, an electric oven and a coffee machine.
The size of the apartment is about 30 square metres, plus courtyard (40 square meters).

Le prix comprend la consommation en gaz et en électricité, les draps et le linge de toilette. Les animaux sont admis.
Taxe de s�jour:
2 euros par personne et par nuit. Cette taxe n'est pas incluse dans les tarifs de l' appartement, et doit �tre pay� lors de l'enregistrement, n'est pas appliable aux enfants de moins de 10 ans, et peut �tre appliqu� pour un maximum de 10 nuits.

Caution:

Une caution obligatoire de 200 euros est requise. Cette somme vous sera entièrement restituée à la fin de votre séjour, après remise en état des lieux. Veuillez noter que si vous effectuez l'entrée dans l'appartement après 19:30 vous devrez payer un supplément de 35 euros.
