This apartment is located on Via Tiburtina, in  in the young and lively neighbourhood of San Lorenzo, close to Termini train station and Rome University "La Sapienza". This neighbourhood is one of the most popular ones amongst university students in Rome, for it is set very close to the Città Universitaria. The entire area is filled with students who attend different courses (from Engireering to Modern Languages), and thus many pubs, cinemas and entertainment places in general have been opened in this area over the last years. Some of the most interesting sites around San Lorenzo include Porta di San Lorenzo, Basilica di San Lorenzo fuori le mura, the Cemetery of Verano, the University City and the Catacumbs of Ciriaca. The apartment is not very far away from the Central Railway Station of Termini, which comes in very handy if you arrive in Rome by train (either from the airport or from another Italian city). The district of San Lorenzo offers many public transportation opportunities: the different trolleys and buses (bus stop 71 in front of the apartment wll take you in the historic centre), as well as the Termini Metro Stop (Line B and line A) will take you virtually anywhere in the city.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (lift available). The apartment is composed by a small living room with a  kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower.
The size of the apartment is about 45 square metres.

Taxe de séjour:
2 euros par personne et par nuit. Cette taxe n'est pas incluse dans les tarifs de l' appartement, et doit être payé lors de l'enregistrement, n'est pas appliable aux enfants de moins de 10 ans, et peut être appliqué pour un maximum de 10 nuits.

Caution:

Veuillez noter que si vous effectuez l'entrée dans l'appartement après 20:30 vous devrez payer un supplément de 20 euros.
