This apartment is located on Via Turati, a street located barely a 5-minute walk away from Termini Central Station, in the centre of Rome. This is a great area of Rome!: being right in the city centre, you get all the comforts that the Eternal City has to offer you as a European capital.
The apartment is located very close to Piazza della Repubblica (which features a beautiful statue of Moses in marble, a less know Bernini - Saint Theresa's ecstasy -, Teatro dell'Opera and Diocleziano's Baths). Walking down Via delle Quattro Fontane you shall reach Piazza Barberini and Via Veneto, with all its Dolce Vita glamour: you will feel like an actor or an actress right out of a film as the doormen in uniform greet you and the chef's invite you into their restaurant!
The Coliseum, the Roman Forum, Piazza Venezia are also very close by: from there you shall be able to reach the historic centre.
As for public transportation, the apartment is really close to the Termini Metro stop (line A e B), several bus lines run through Piazza della Repubblica, and the Termini railway station is about at 5 minutes walk away from the apartment.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of an Umbertine era bulding (early 20th),
The entrance door opens on a room / dining area with a table, a bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower.
The apartment is provided with air conditioning, heating, a TV set (Italian TV only), a microwave. The size of the apartment is about 35 square metres.

Les animaux ne sont pas admis.
Taxe de séjour:

2 euros par personne et par nuit. Cette taxe n'est pas incluse dans les tarifs de l' appartement, et doit être payé lors de l'enregistrement, n'est pas appliable aux enfants de moins de 10 ans, et peut être appliqué pour un maximum de 10 nuits.

Caution:

Une caution obligatoire de 100 euros est requise. Cette somme vous sera entièrement restituée à la fin de votre séjour, après remise en état des lieux.
