Les environs du Quartier:

This apartment is located in the neighbourhood of San Polo, barely a 2 minute walking distance to the Rialto bridge. Ponte Rialto beautifully crosses the Canal Grande (Great Channel) in Venice, and people from all over the word walk over its ancient pavement on their way to San Marco, the greatest basilica in the city. As you join these people you will be able to admire the high street shops on both sides of the bridge (some of which have the best views of the Channel in Venice!) and enjoy a nice stroll across the day market, in which you may be tempted to buy some fresh fruit or some nice vegetables.
Directly behind the Rialto market area you will find Campo S. Giacomo di Rialto with the church of San Giacomo ("Giacometto), built in the 12th century, regarded as the oldest in Venice.
Ca' Pesaro, a museum of modern art, is located a 5 minute walk away from the apartment, within a baroque building that you mustn't miss by any means!
The apartment is also very close to Piazza san Marco (10 minutes walking distance)
The neighborhood surrounding the apartment contains a lively atmosphere, especially in the mornings when the Rialto market comes alive with the sounds and voices of real Venetian life. Restaurants and cafes are found alternating among businesses of every kind, the most prevalent being bakeries, butchers and pharmacies. The neighborhood is very residential among venetians as both a social gathering place and as a principal area for food shopping.

The apartment also overlooks the Canale Grande: say good morning to Venice as you wake up in this wonderful town!

The apartment is easily reachable from Piazzale Roma or from the train station "Santa Lucia" with the vaporetto (water bus) ACTV Line #1, getting off at the stop "Rialto Mercato", or taking a private water taxi to the Rialto fruit and vegetable market.

La propriété:

The apartment has been recently renovated and provided with a nice view of  the Canal Grande and the market. It is located on the 3st floor (lift unavailable).
The apartment is composed by a living room with a single sofa bed, two bedrooms with a double bed each (2 double beds can become 4 single beds) and a  bathroom  with a bathtub.
This apartment is provided  with AIR CONDITIONING, INTERNET WI-FI, a TV set (TV only in Italian), a washingmachine a microwave and a boiler.
The size of the apartment is roughly 70 square metres.

Conditions de séjour minimum:

Veuillez noter que vous ne pouvez pas effectuer l'entrée dans l'appartement les dates suivantes: les 24, 25 et 31 décembre, et le 1er janvier.

Inclus dans le prix:

Le prix comprend la consommation en gaz et en électricité, les draps et le linge de toilette.

Taxe de séjour:
2 euros par personne et par nuit. Cette taxe n'est pas incluse dans les tarifs de l' appartement, et doit être payé lors de l'enregistrement.

Pour cet appartement, que conformément aux règles générales de réservation en cas d'annulation l'acompte de la réservation est perdue. Toutefois, si vous remarquez entre 7 de votre arrivée, l'acompte peut être utilisé pour une autre date (basée sur les prix qui sont en ligne) pour le même appartement.

Caution:

Une caution obligatoire de 200 euros est requise. Cette somme vous sera entièrement restituée à la fin de votre séjour, après remise en état des lieux.

Heures d'entrée dans l'appartement: de 15:00 à 20:00. Veuillez noter que si vous effectuez l'entrée dans l'appartement après 20:00 vous devrez payer un supplément de 50 euros. Les entrées après minuit ne sont pas autorisées. En cas de retard des clients, ils pourront exceptionnellement effectuer l'entrée dans l'appartement après minuit, mais ils devront payer un supplément de 70 euros. S'ils arrivent entre 01:00 et 02:00 du matin, ils devront payer un supplément de 100 euros. Heures de sortie de l'appartement : avant 10:00.
