This apartment is located on the 1st floor (lift available, 1 step that need to be climbed before you reach the lift), in the heart of Rome.
The apartment is composed by a living room with a double sofa bed, 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed,  a kitchenette, 1 bathroom with a shower . The apartment includes a TV set (Italian TV only), AIR CONDITIONING, autonomous heating, an electric oven and a coffee machine.
The size of the apartment is about 30 square metres, plus courtyard (40 square meters).

El precio incluye consumo de electricidad, gas, sábanas y toallas. Se aceptan animales domésticos.
No est� incluida la tasa del ayuntamiento de Roma de "soggiorno", de 2 euro por persona por d�a, por un m�ximo de 10 noches, los ni�os bajo los 10 anos no tienen que pagarla.

Fianza:

Se requiere estrictamente una fianza de 200 euros, en el momento del entrada en el apartamento. Este depósito serà devuelto enteramente al final de la estancia, siempre y cuando el apartamento se encuentre en las mismas condiciones en que fue entregado. Por favor nótese que si se entra después de las 19:30 hay que pagar un extra de 35 euro.
