This apartment is located on Via degli Scipioni, in Prati, very close to the Vatican.
Via Giulio Cesare (a few metres from the apartment) is very close to Piazza del Risorgimento, a well-known square in Rome, and the last “modern Rome” spot that pilgrims and visitors in general go through before arriving at the Vatican City through Via di Porta Angelica. People from all over the world gather around this square to get to Piazza San Pietro, and every morning groups of all sizes walk along the Vatican Walls in order to get to the Vatican Museums, definitely a must for those who like art – and even for those who do not like it quite so much, the Sixtine Chapel (where new Popes are elected during the conclave) is definitely worth seeing!
The area also allows visitors to enjoy all the facilities that modern Rome offers – Viale Giulio Cesare and well as Via Ottaviano offer locals and visitors the oportunity to do some sensible shopping without having to leave the city centre.
As for public transportation, the Ottaviano and Lepanto metro stops (Line A) can be reached in a few minutes. A great number of buses also stop at Piazza del Risorgimento, allowing you to get virtually anywhere in the city.

The apartment is composed of a living room with a single sofa bed, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with a Queen sized bed, one with two single beds and one with a single bed), two small balconies, and two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with bathtub).
The apartment includes a TV set (TV only in Italian), a microwave, a toaster, an iron and an ironing board.
The size of the apartment is about 140 square metres.

El precio incluye:

El precio incluye consumo de electricidad, gas, sabanas y toallas. No se aceptan animales domesticos.
No està incluida la tasa del ayuntamiento de Roma de "soggiorno", de 2 euro por persona por día, por un máximo de 10 noches, los niños bajo los 10 anos no tienen que pagarla.

Fianza:

Se requiere estrictamente una fianza de 130 Euros en divisa local. Este depósito será devuelto enteramente al final de la estancia, siempre y cuando el apartamento siga en las mismas condiciones en las que se entregó.
