This apartment is located in the neighbourhood of San Polo, barely a 2 minute walking distance to the Rialto bridge. Ponte Rialto beautifully crosses the Canal Grande (Great Channel) in Venice, and people from all over the word walk over its ancient pavement on their way to San Marco, the greatest basilica in the city. As you join these people you will be able to admire the high street shops on both sides of the bridge (some of which have the best views of the Channel in Venice!) and enjoy a nice stroll across the day market, in which you may be tempted to buy some fresh fruit or some nice vegetables.
Directly behind the Rialto market area you will find Campo S. Giacomo di Rialto with the church of San Giacomo ("Giacometto), built in the 12th century, regarded as the oldest in Venice.
Ca' Pesaro, a museum of modern art, is located a 5 minute walk away from the apartment, within a baroque building that you mustn't miss by any means!
The apartment is also very close to Piazza san Marco (10 minutes walking distance)
The neighborhood surrounding the apartment contains a lively atmosphere, especially in the mornings when the Rialto market comes alive with the sounds and voices of real Venetian life. Restaurants and cafes are found alternating among businesses of every kind, the most prevalent being bakeries, butchers and pharmacies. The neighborhood is very residential among venetians as both a social gathering place and as a principal area for food shopping.

The apartment also overlooks the Canale Grande: say good morning to Venice as you wake up in this wonderful town!

The apartment is easily reachable from Piazzale Roma or from the train station "Santa Lucia" with the vaporetto (water bus) ACTV Line #1, getting off at the stop "Rialto Mercato", or taking a private water taxi to the Rialto fruit and vegetable market.

La propiedad:

The apartment has been recently renovated and provided with a nice view of  the Canal Grande and the market. It is located on the 3st floor (lift unavailable).
The apartment is composed by a living room with a single sofa bed, two bedrooms with a double bed each (2 double beds can become 4 single beds) and a  bathroom  with a bathtub.
This apartment is provided  with AIR CONDITIONING, INTERNET WI-FI, a TV set (TV only in Italian), a washingmachine a microwave and a boiler.
The size of the apartment is roughly 70 square metres.

Política de estancia mínima:

La estancia mínima es de dos noches. Nótese que no se pueden efectuar entradas ni salidas en las siguientes fechas: 24 diciembre, 25 diciembre, 31 diciembre, 1 enero.

El precio incluye:

El precio incluye el consumo de gas y de electricidad, sábanas y toallas.

No est� incluida la tasa del ayuntamiento de Venecia de "soggiorno", de 2 euro por persona por d�a

Por este piso, según las condiciones generales de reserva, en caso de cancelación el deposito de reserva se pierde.
Pero, por este piso, si cancelas por lo menos 7 días antes de la llegada, puedes utilizar en deposito de reserva por otra fecha por el mismo piso, según las tarifas de la web.

Fianza:

Se requiere estrictamente una fianza de 200 euros, en el momento del entrada en el apartamento. Este dep�sito ser� devuelto enteramente al final de la estancia, siempre y cuando el apartamento se encuentre en las mismas condiciones en que fue entregado.

Horas de entrada al apartamento: desde las 15:00 a las 20:00. Nótese que si entra al apartamento después de las 20:00 se debe pagar un extra de 50 Euros. Las entradas después de medianoche no están permitidas. En caso de retraso de los clientes, podrán excepcionalmente entrar al apartamento después de medianoche, pero tendrán que pagar un extra de 70 euros, y si entran entre las 1:00 y las 2:00 el extra será de 100 Euros. Horas de salida del apartamento: antes de las 10:00.
